• Draft, maintain, and update corporate documentation.
• Provide legal support for employee and contractor documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client agreements.
• Manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and commercial partners.
• Participate in the development of internal policies and compliance procedures.
• Support legal matters related to personal data protection.
• Provide legal support for contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal risk assessments for contracts.
• Assist in complex, non-standard, or conflict situations.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate law and compliance.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations.
• Ability to work with international legal documentation.
