Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate law.
• Exposure to Common Law jurisdictions is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with high energy and initiative.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 level).
