Overview

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Immigration Compliance Specialist to lead our immigration compliance function with precision, integrity, and excellence.

In Short

• In-depth knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify procedures.
• Strong understanding of U.S. visa processes.
• Hands-on immigration compliance experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in immigration compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end work authorization process.
• Coach, train, and support HR partners.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
• Stay current on evolving laws and regulations.
• Partner with legal counsel for compliance.
• Lead due diligence efforts in M&A activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ professional HR experience.
• At least 5 years’ immigration compliance experience in the US.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Travel expectation is approximately 10%.
