  • Expand and cultivate existing accounts while establishing new ones to drive sales growth
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis
  • Analyze market segments to identify opportunities for growth
  • Strategically plan daily activities using CRM
  • Conduct sales promotions and lead generation activities
  • Recommend pricing changes based on market dynamics
  • Address customer complaints and investigate issues
  • Maintain thorough sales records

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven direct sales experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of the building products industry
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change
  • Travel required: 50%+ with regular overnight travel
