Territory Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling and providing product training and customer support to dealerships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries related to the Reviver app and plate installations.

In Short

• Establish and maintain dealership relationships.
• Promote company products and services to increase business.
• Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs.
• Monitor customer activity and maintain sales records using HubSpot.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of the product and technology.
• Train dealerships on product functionalities.
• Travel to and from dealerships as necessary.
• Stay updated on new releases and communicate with dealerships.
• Develop relationships to sell more plates.
• Be available for on-call duties as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with software business, IOT devices, and cloud industry.
• Ability to implement the entire sales process.
• Enthusiasm for learning new product features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology use.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
