Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Specialist will support environmental compliance by entering data, analyzing commitments, and preparing reports within the EMMA database to ensure documentation and implementation of regulatory requirements during construction activities.

In Short

• Work remotely with expected hours aligned to Pacific Time.
• Code environmental commitments into the EMMA database.
• Prepare compliance reports in EMMA.
• Assist the environmental compliance manager.
• Interact with regulatory agency staff.
• Document control in SharePoint and other applications.
• Support construction-phase compliance reporting.
• Minimum requirement of BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations is preferred.
• Travel may be required.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Familiar with NEPA, CEQA, and other environmental regulations.
• Experience in construction compliance tracking and reporting.
• Background in biology or conservation is a plus.
• Experience with design-build contracting.
• Experience on large environmental compliance programs.
