Overview

The Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Cornerstone Building Brands will lead the Strategy & Business Development team, focusing on long-term value creation, operationalizing strategy, and managing key strategic initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• MBA strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy and consulting.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or building products.
• Skilled in writing and presenting to executives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Experience in talent development and team leadership.
