Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present financial data clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; experience with NetSuite or Odoo a plus.
• Japanese language proficiency preferred.
