In Short

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and forecasts.
• Work with business units to gather inputs for expense forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis on actuals to forecast.
• Support the financial reporting team during month-end close.
• Assist in preparation of materials for board reporting.
• Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious nature and willingness to flag issues for investigation.
