In Short

• Practice Manager on the Solutions Architecture team focusing on customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to scope services engagements and set customer expectations.
• Manage a team of Solutions Architects and operational support staff.
• Contribute to the evolution of service portfolio and practice.
• Ensure appropriate levels of utilization and revenue delivery.
• Work with channel partners and subcontractors on enablement.
• Look for opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day activities and career development.
• Kick off new engagements with clients and internal teams.
• Verify project estimates and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or IT.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in personnel management and customer-facing positions.
• Understanding of core networking principles and application protocols.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Independence and motivation for practice ownership.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Reliable attendance.
