• The Strategic Finance Manager is a senior finance leader responsible for driving advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision support across the business.
• This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Requires strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models using various tools.
• Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support through financial analysis.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities impacting enterprise performance.
• Lead the design and delivery of executive-ready reporting and dashboards.
• Support consolidation of budgets and forecasts with FP&A team members.
• Drive reporting, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Prepare materials for executive and Board-level presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• 5+ years of experience in technology or SaaS finance.
• Deep expertise in SaaS GTM finance.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
• Salesforce experience required.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
