Practice Manager - Professional Services - Remote

Overview

As a Practice Manager at Snowflake, you will be responsible for overseeing professional services in South Korea, supporting training and certification, and managing the service lifecycle at the customer account level.

In Short

• Lead project management for Snowflake implementations and services.
• Act as the main point of contact for all customer accounts regarding training and certification programs.
• Establish and execute a vision for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and communicate with assigned customers, including relationship roadmap creation.
• Effectively communicate with executives and stakeholders through clear project documentation.
• Contribute to the development of practice policies and standards.
• Support the team in delivering rich software solutions by integrating industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with professional services and sales teams to drive practice area activation.
• Check project progress and status with customers, integrators, and vendors.
• Provide guidance and vision to resolve project issues and escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery or similar roles managing complex technical implementation projects.
• Preferred experience in training and certification sales or professional services sales.
• Direct experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and cloud.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various groups from design to marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in client support and advisory roles (e.g., solution architect, system administrator).
• Business-level proficiency in English.
