Overview

Inovalon’s Professional Service team has a significant influence on how customers implement, adopt and utilize our SaaS solutions. For our Health Plan and Risk-bearing partners, partnering with Inovalon’s Professional Services team will accelerate time to value, elevate utilization of the product and increase overall satisfaction with Inovalon’s products.

In Short

  • Manage concurrent customer Professional Service engagements.
  • Act as client-facing point of contact for Quality/STARS/Risk activities.
  • Understand customer goals and design Professional Services to support outcomes.
  • Manage outstanding issues and drive them to resolution.
  • Develop industry expertise and author thought capital.
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales teams.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to separation of duties.

Requirements

  • 5 years of health plan Quality or Risk Adjustment experience.
  • 3 years in customer-facing roles with consultative skills.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting preferred.
  • Ability to identify customer needs in regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data and billing practices.
  • Proactive approach to managing tasks and client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Tableau, SnowFlake, and/or SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools required.
