Overview

The Professional Services Manager will spearhead our professional services for customers, focusing on implementing sophisticated on-vehicle solutions integrated with backend systems using Windows Servers and Safe Fleet Cloud applications.

• Lead the implementation of on-vehicle technology solutions integrated with backend systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology solutions implementation.
• Proficient in wireless networking and site surveys.
• Experience in 12V/24V vehicle installation preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or project management desirable.
