Overview

As Senior Customer Success Manager you play a key role in shaping customer success and satisfaction. With your technical experience in M365 you will guide our customers throughout their journey with Rencore; from supporting Sales during pre-sales, onboarding new customers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes, to renewals and upselling.

  • Drive usage and advise on product updates
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations
  • Proactively manage customer issues
  • Provide high-level technical support
  • Act as the voice of the customer
  • Build customer testimonials and referrals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Experience with managing M365; Microsoft certification is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in both operations and creative thinking
  • True team player with a customer-centric approach
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to multi-task
  • Able to establish positive connections with customers
  • Effective in addressing and resolving disagreements
