  • Experience in driving account growth.
  • Proficient in project management and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Passion for customer success and retention.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS or HCM.
  • Knowledge of EOR/global expansion industry.
