Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for proactively driving adoption, product utilization, retention, and customer satisfaction, developing customers into advocates across all accounts.

  • Ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in change management and project management.
  • Passion for technology in public safety.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Creativity in customer engagement.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
