Overview

As a Product Onboarding Specialist at Lodgify, you will guide new customers through the setup of their accounts and ensure they maximize the value of our vacation rental software.

In Short

  • Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify account.
  • Provide training on the system via phone calls and screen sharing.
  • Understand customer objectives to assist them during their journey.
  • Proactively work on improving product adoption and driving upgrades.
  • Gather feedback for product improvements and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in account management/onboarding in SaaS or relevant degree.
  • Tech savvy with a strong understanding of software.
  • Native/Near native level of English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in consultative customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Fast learner capable of adapting to a growing environment.
  • Preferred experience in the vacation rental software industry.
