Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at LHH, you will play a vital role in driving engagement and participation in our career transition programs, ensuring a positive experience for program participants at the start of their journey.

In Short

  • Fully remote position with residence in the UK.
  • Engage with career transition program participants via calls and emails.
  • Encourage participation and address queries regarding the coaching program.
  • Handle an expected volume of calls, making 15 calls per hour during busy periods.
  • Collaborate with LHH consultants and stakeholders for service delivery.
  • Previous call center experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills are necessary.
  • Multitasking and time management skills are important.
  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants.
  • Empathy in supporting individuals through transitions.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Valid work permit and residency in the UK.
