FP&A Manager - Remote

Overview

ClickHouse is looking for a strategic and hands-on FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis functions, supporting revenue operations and financial insights for rapid growth.

In Short

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for leadership.
• Analyze key SaaS metrics to inform business decisions.
• Support fundraising and investor reporting.
• Monitor and refine KPIs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; FP&A tools experience is a plus.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
