In Short

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and long-range strategic planning
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytical processes
• Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders for financial alignment
• Prepare and present monthly variance analysis, trend analysis, and KPIs
• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis for new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or startup finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills
• Ability to think in frameworks to solve complex problems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to take on tasks for company success
• A desire to improve the U.S. healthcare system
