FP&A Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking to bring on a FP&A manager to act as a strategic partner to the business as we go to market and scale the company. We are currently using an outsourced firm for this work, and in this role you will be responsible for bringing the corporate finance function in-house.

In Short

• Take over monthly budget vs. actual analysis and establish regular reporting cadence with department heads
• Learn current accounting workflows and map existing financial reporting processes
• Shadow customer meetings to understand revenue streams and cost structures
• Establish working relationships with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Help with vendor spend analysis and card program management
• Own the complete budget process and develop quarterly rolling forecasts
• Build financial models to analyze profitability by customer segment
• Create standardized monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
• Prepare financial sections of board decks and investor updates
• Implement systems and processes that can scale with rapid headcount growth

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
