Director, Regional Supplier Engagement - Remote

Overview

Worldly is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Supplier Engagement Director to join our team and support our initiative to expand our network of supplier customers within consumer goods supply chains in Asia.

In Short

• Translate customer feedback into actionable strategies for supplier acquisition and retention.
• Engage closely with relevant counterparts at Cascale for collaboration on supplier engagement activities.
• Lead the creation and management of supplier advisory panels.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Develop strategic relationships with key industry associations in Asia.
• Gather insights from suppliers to understand their challenges in sustainability.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Represent Worldly at industry events across Asia.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in the apparel or consumer goods supply chain.
• Strong understanding of supplier needs and supply chain dynamics.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Asian language.
• Deep understanding of business cultures across Asia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
• Ability to travel as required (up to 30-50%).
