Workday HRIS Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Workday HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS, including various modules for Core Data, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. This role assists with the accurate setup of the new HRIS system while maintaining the current system (Ceridian Dayforce) through the end of 2025.

In Short

• Support the Workday go-live process, including data validation and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain data integrity in the HR systems for all employees.
• Create and distribute various reports on an ad-hoc basis.
• Manage audits for compliance filings.
• Support upgrades or changes to current HRIS systems.
• Perform quality checks of employee data and reports.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain data integrations with vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Workday HRIS, specifically reporting and integration maintenance.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with implementation of new software systems is a plus.
