Workday HRIS Specialist (Temp-to-Perm) - Remote

Overview

The Workday HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS, which includes various modules for Core Data, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. This role also assists with the accurate setup of the new HRIS system while maintaining the current HRIS system (Ceridian Dayforce) through the end of 2025.

In Short

• Support the Workday go-live process.
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems.
• Create and distribute various reports.
• Manage audits for ACA compliance.
• Respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Support upgrades or changes to HRIS.
• Perform quality checks of employee data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Workday HRIS.
• Self-starter with problem-solving aptitude.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with software implementation is a plus.
• Interest in the HR field is a must.
• Ability to adapt to new software programs.
