The HRIS Specialist will manage the implementation of a new HR system, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and optimizing HR workflows for better user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in implementing new systems.
• Project management experience in HR process automation.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems.
• Ability to analyze HR processes for automation opportunities.
• Willingness to adapt to rapid changes in HR technology.
• Languages: Native Ukrainian, English B2.
