Overview

The HR Specialist will be a key member of the Employee Services/Operations team, focusing on Employee Services Support across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, and contributing to cross-border initiatives.

• Drive comprehensive Employee Services and HR transactions throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR Services/People Operations.
• Experience in international organizations.
• Solid understanding of HR regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR cloud systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma with HR certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
