In Short

• Assist the HR Manager as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
• Support HR team initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Organize and execute employee engagement activities.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations in-person or virtually.
• Assist in administering the company’s total rewards program.
• Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor laws.
• Support employee development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports including compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR role.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-solving abilities.
