In Short

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage prospect lists.
  • Initial outreach to sales opportunities and funnel leads to the sales team.
  • Provide reports on team output on calls, leads, and lead information.
  • Create personalized customer communications.
  • Schedule appointments and support closing sales deals.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills required.
  • Must embrace challenges and work hard to achieve goals.
  • Work U.S. business hours.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant BPO and Sales experience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outplay is a plus.
  • Experience in qualifying inbound leads.
  • Creative and critical thinker, able to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to take on greater responsibilities.
