In Short

  • Provide ongoing support to clients and customers.
  • Write SOPs and learn the business thoroughly.
  • Conduct light email outbound sales to generate leads.
  • Update and expand knowledge base articles for Shopify apps.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, helpful, and up-to-date.
  • Segment and target Shopify stores for outbound email campaigns.
  • Track outreach performance and optimize messaging.
  • Follow up with new customers to schedule onboarding calls.
  • Provide Level 1 support for customer inquiries via chat and email.
  • Write internal support articles for common issues.

Requirements

  • Experience using Shopify as a merchant or app user.
  • Strong writing skills for knowledge base and email outreach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Experience in customer support, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, HelpScout, or Intercom.
  • Bonus: Experience with outbound sales tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
