In Short

• Support the management of B2C revenue, including operator sales reporting and payments.
• Help create and implement financial processes for new operators and daily transactions.
• Assist in establishing controls for accurate monthly revenue reporting and timely payments.
• Ensure the accuracy of revenues, receivables, and payables through regular reviews.
• Perform accounts receivable reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of transactions.
• Aid during the annual financial audit.
• Maintain and analyze key statistics and trends, suggesting improvements.
• Work with other teams to streamline revenue reporting processes.
• Motivate financial staff by coaching, counselling, and guiding employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in managing and reporting large data volumes.
• Ability to identify and improve process weaknesses.
• Understanding of multi-currency operations and FX impact.
• 3-5 years experience in accounting and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP software is a plus.
• Competence with automated financial systems.
• High integrity and dependability.
• Strong sense of urgency and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
