HRIS Specialist - Remote

Overview

Peak Support is on the lookout for an HRIS Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The HRIS Associate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR processes, data management, and reporting.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including data entry and system updates.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Assist in the configuration and testing of the HRIS.
• Generate reports and data analysis for HR decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data accuracy.
• Provide training and support on HRIS functionality.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and support audits.
• Liaise with HRIS vendors to resolve issues and implement upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR operations.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS implementation is a plus.
• HR certification is desirable but not required.
