• Manage global mobility and immigration processes.
• Handle immigration case management (H-1B, L-1A, Green Card).
• Coordinate international moves and compliance documentation.
• Oversee US benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Support global benefits program implementation and compliance.
• Respond to employee benefits inquiries.
• Standardize and scale global HR processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Participate in HR-related projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR/People Operations experience.
• Knowledge of immigration casework and visa processes.
• Experience in managing employee benefits.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and discretion.
• Experience in global HR operations is a plus.
