• Provide first line of advice and counsel to address employee concerns.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of HR Coordinator/Specialist experience.
• Ability to manage data and perform analyses using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with HR systems like HRIS, CultureAmp, and Lattice.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to support East Coast hours.
