• Analyze HR data to identify insights and trends that lead to recommendations.

• Drive and implement change management and other team initiatives.
• Serve as an HR/Talent thought partner to leaders and employees.
• Ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.
• Advise leaders on performance management strategies.
• Manage sensitive and confidential matters in compliance with laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR roles.
• Experience with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Fast-paced culture experience, managing multiple priorities.
• BS/BA degree; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• High emotional intelligence and objective empathy.
• Adaptive critical thinking and judgment.
• Learning and growth mindset.
• Experience in Workday Talent module a plus.
