Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to help build and support HR at Standard Bots. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast, embraces ambiguity, and isn’t afraid to build processes while actively using them.

In Short

• Assist with end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Maintain administrative access to core systems and manage user access.
• Keep accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Manage and process hourly employee timecards.
• Act as a liaison for leave management and compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
• Build strong relationships with managers across teams.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Evaluate and improve HR tools as the company grows.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Strong operational HR background.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Comfortable being highly employee-facing.
