As a Senior HR Generalist at Offchain Labs, you will play a key role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent while managing various HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in generalist roles.
• SHRM, CHRP or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
