• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience communicating with C-Suite level stakeholders.
• Experience using task management platforms (Asana, Linear, etc).
• Strong experience coordinating multiple high-priority projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
