We’re now hiring a diligent and bright-spirited Business Operations Manager to support both our CEO and wider company staff on their mission to turn our rising startup into a dominant force on the global language learning landscape.

In Short

• Support CEO and team operations in a startup environment.
• Relay directives and ensure alignment among team members.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes.
• Monitor project updates and prepare reports and presentations.
• Handle company payments, reimbursements, and invoices.
• Maintain records of financial transactions.
• Assist with budget tracking for the leadership team.
• Manage CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
• Organize business-related travel arrangements.
• Plan company-wide events for team bonding.
