In Short

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving high-impact business initiatives.
• Lead and execute key cross-functional initiatives to scale functions.
• Proactively identify inhibitors to growth.
• Define and measure critical important metrics.
• 5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to operate independently and build key cross-collaborative relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally.
• Experience working on a marketplace or a two-sided platform is a plus.
• SQL & Dashboard experience is a nice-to-have.
