  • Write, maintain, and direct all written content on website, social media, and emails
  • Create focused, engaging, and ultra-high-converting landing pages from scratch
  • Ensure content maximally useful for visitor conversion
  • Write hyper-engaging content for various channels
  • Lead the creation of product tutorial videos and user guides
  • Educate users about products before and after sign-up
  • Utilize intuition, user interviews, and data analytics to resolve user confusion
