Requirements

  • 3+ years in business operations or project management in healthcare SaaS
  • Strong project management skills with cross-functional initiative success
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with BI/analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
