Overview

The Manager of the Project Management Organization (PMO) will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering successful projects across multiple product lines. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution, effective sales-to-services transitions, and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Sales teams and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet; certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools and CRM systems.
