Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

Milestone Business Solutions is seeking a full-time, remote Senior HR Generalist to work collaboratively with our internal team and small business clients.

In Short

• Work with client companies in various industries to build foundational HR programs.
• Create positive company cultures and provide resources throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Onboard and off-board team members.
• Maintain employee files and process documentation.
• Revise and update company handbooks.
• Develop workplace policies in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Manage employee leave and assist with benefits enrollment.
• Coordinate performance reviews and conduct workplace investigations.
• Oversee payroll changes and system updates.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with multi-state companies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
