Project Coordinator (Development & Construction) - Remote

In Short

• Integral member of the construction team.
• Responsible for administrative organization of construction projects.
• Basic oversight of project schedules, budgets, and tasks.
• Collaborative role with Construction Managers.
• Set up and maintain electronic file database for projects.
• Assist in preparing and updating budgets and schedules.
• Track and manage budget variances and change orders.
• Review invoices and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Collect lien releases and track notices.
• Work in a hybrid environment in Los Angeles or Ontario, CA.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in construction administration.
• Experience with industrial, retail, or office construction preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Working knowledge of construction contract terms.
• Construction accounting experience a plus.
• Proficient in learning new software applications.
