Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) is seeking a Development Coordinator to join our experienced team of real estate professionals who manage the development of affordable multi-family rental properties.

In Short

• Support the execution of development plans through transaction closing.
• Track development approval timelines and coordinate with parties.
• Coordinate financing applications including various funding sources.
• Maintain internal reporting systems up to date.
• Ensure documentation of zoning and financing applications.
• Support development team with contract reviews and coordination.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements
