Product Development Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Product Development Coordinator at Reformation will work closely with the Design team to manage prototype development and sample material management, ensuring that all processes align with sustainability practices.

In Short

• Collaborate with Design team on Tech Packs and project deadlines.
• Track prototypes and manage the physical sample library.
• Order and coordinate shipping of sample materials.
• Maintain material sample budget and details.
• Consolidate feedback from various teams to improve products.
• Communicate with supply chain partners and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during production.
• Support the Product Development Director with fit and aesthetic feedback.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for innovation.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development (ideal, but not required).
• Proven experience in development or product management.
• Strong knowledge of handbag materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in Bulgarian or Italian is a plus.
