Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the Construction Operations team at Mantis Innovation, managing various operational tasks and ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Coordination experience.
• Mechanical background in Engineering, Construction, or Consulting.
• Experience with AIA documents and bonded projects.
• Proficiency in Procore and Unanet preferred.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to unexpected situations.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
