Commercial Roofing Construction Manager - Remote

Overview

The Construction Manager/Senior Project Manager serves as the primary day-to-day manager for contract/project performance on one or more Mantis Innovation projects, focusing on high quality and high performance project delivery in the Commercial Roofing industry.

In Short

• Manage multiple roofing projects from identification through to financial closeout.
• Demonstrate full accountability for project management.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Create and execute project schedules and manage resources.
• Conduct field inspections and audits as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and financial management.
• Develop risk management plans for projects.
• Travel as needed, primarily within WA and OR.
• Work in various environmental conditions and manage project-related physical activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in construction or project management.
• 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge in project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Preferred: BS or higher in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Registered Roof Observer (RRO) or Registered Roof Consultant (RRC).
