Project Manager II - Commercial Roofing - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager II serves as the primary day-to-day manager for contract/project performance on one or more Mantis Innovation projects in the Commercial Roofing industry.

In Short

• Manage multiple roofing projects from identification through financial closeout.
• Lead project teams including architects and contractors.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in construction project management.
• 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge in project scope, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• BS or higher in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
